While the traditional Pavlova, Cheesecake, Banoffi and Crumbles remain
popular there has been a shift toward both the healthy as in exotic fruit
salads and the more decadent dark chocolate desserts like Roulades and
mousse's. We can easily cater for dietary requirements such as gluten free,
coeliac friendly desserts.
